Their Favorite Perfume for you to Wear
I’m such a fraghead I had to make it
Mattheo Riddle
Fruity, confident, bright scents
There is nothing that turns his head faster than a confident girl. He loves sexy, fruity perfumes that inspire him to take you on like a conquest.
Tom Ford Lost Cherry
Armani Si Passione
Sol de Janeiro 40 Bom De Bright
Victoria secret Bombshell
7 Virtues Coconut Sun
Lorenzo Berkshire
Sweet edible scents
This guy is just such a damn munch. He wants you to smell as edible as he thinks you are.
Kay Ali Vanilla 28
Burberry Her
Kay Ali Yum Pistachio
Sol de Janeiro Cheirosa 62
Theo Nott
Dark sexy scents
Theo wants you to smells as tempting and as seductive as you look. Dark coffees, spicy ambers, the epitome of sinking his hands into your hair and tugging jt back. Hard.
Black Opium
Victoria Secret Very Sexy
Tom Ford Black Orchid
Maison Margiela Jazz Club
Draco Malfoy
Clean florals
He loves when you smell as fresh and pretty as a spring day. Or at least as pretty as the expensive floral arrangements he buys you.
Replica Springtime in the Park
Chanel Chance
Glossier You
By/ Rosie Jane
Bliase Zabini
Spicy florals or Clean Scents
Blaise I’m torn because I feel like he would appreciate the simple clean soap smell. Beautiful and unproblematic. But Blaise secretly loves that sexy drama so he would appreciate a sexier floral scent that still has an air of sophistication to it.
Good girl
Arianna Grande Cloud
Juliette has a Gun Not a Perfume
Nest Indigo
Tom Riddle
Expensive and Sexy
Tom wants you to smell luxe, expensive, and unquestionably perfect. Think hotel lobby or the world’s most expensive vanilla. He won’t take you seriously if you show up smelling like a piece of candy. He probably won’t take you seriously either way but at least your presence won’t be as much of a bother if you smell good.
YSL libre
Baccarat Rouge
Billie eilish ‘Eilish’
Jo Malone Peony & Blush Suede
Pansy Parkinson
Niche scents.
Pansy ‘quintessential cool girl’ Parkinson will appreciate niche fragrances. She loves the unique and lesser known, it reminds her of you. Also she wants to be able to steal perfumes from your cool collection.
Vilhelm Perfumes: Poets of Berlin
Tokyo milk: Dead Sexy
Byredo Gypsy Water

Astarion Cologne Suggestions (from tumblr and the og subreddit)
Here's the original reddit post and my meme post --
the main notes people are looking for are rosemary, bergamot, and some kind of brandy/sweet fruit/alcohol
now let's go over everyone's suggestions -- link is first, then scent notes:
Hopefully everyone can find something they like out of the list! :D
Some smaller creators are doing specific Astarion blends too--you can find a lot of them if you search on tiktok.

can we have a game of Top 5 king?🙏
I’ll start with:
Top 5 scents to wear in cold weather (end of autumn/start of winter)?
Top 5 Armand outfits?
(pls ignore if inconvenient)
I feel like I’m being manipulated. The way one would manipulate a dog, by holding out a treat and asking for a trick. But sure, I’ll do it.
I can’t really recommend you perfumes because I don’t know what you like, or what the chemistry of your skin is like, or even if you lean towards feminine or masculine scents, so I’m going to go for some androgynous crowd pleasers that cover a variety of budgets.
Jazz Club or By the Fireplace by Replica (by Maison Margiela). I’m allowed to group these together because they exist on the same continuum of smoke, spice and sweetness, although I prefer Jazz Club. Jazz Club is smoke and booze and vanilla and it’s a very nice tobacco and rum scent. By the Fireplace is sweeter, with more vanilla and less booze but a really nice smoke note that comes through paired with spice (pink pepper and clove).
Black Opium by YSL. It’s a classic. Coffee, vanilla, vaguely noir. You really can’t go wrong with this, although it’s so popular that might be a downside.
Fille en Aiguilles by Serge Lutens. It’s the perfect pine scent. Christmas time, string lights, fresh pine needles, chopped wood, slight smoke. I’ve heard that the new formulation isn’t as good and has a lot of resin so perhaps sample it first. But if you have the disposable income for Serge Lutens, they’ve got a lot of autumn/winter scents, like Chergui and Écrin de Fumé, so try those out too. Their most popular scent, La Fille de Berlin, might fit if the idea of a sweet, soapy, metallic rose appeals to you. If you like those you might like BDK’s Gris Charnel, too.
Tobacco Vanille by Tom Ford. Do I like Tobacco Vanille? No. Do I think it’s worth the money? Absolutely not. But is it a good scent for the season? Yes. There’s also Oud Wood, which I do like, but is also extremely overpriced. Honestly, even though I don’t believe in perfume “dupes” because it’s really impossible to dupe a formulation (ingredients, chemistry, etc.), you should dupe these. But if you’re even for a second considering purchasing the real thing, go for Creed’s Royal Oud over TF’s Oud Wood. It’s creamier and sweeter and a better scent, really. You will be complimented if you wear these. They’re compliment machines.
Shalimar by Guerlain. Incense, vanilla, smoke, something fresh, dries down into leather. It’s the fragrance that inspired or at least created the mold for a lot of the other fragrances listed here. It’s definitely a feminine scent, but it’s also 2024, so. It is a bit dusty and old-fashioned, maybe something someone in an old photograph might wear, so that really comes down to personal preference. But is it something a vampire would wear? 100%.
Now for my favorite Armand outfits. It’s all of them, really.
The black double-breasted suit with the peaked lapels Claudia’s initiation, complete with a subtle orange and black cravat.
San Francisco. Enough said.
His hunting outfit in Dubai. It’s tied with his hunting outfit in Paris that everyone went mad over. Sorry, this is cheating.
The cream (vaguely linen) jacket over the white dress shirt paired with his high-waisted trousers that are halfway between a cool gray and tan that he wears to Louis’ apartment in Paris.
His outfit when he tells Louis, “Dear, this is a Stein,” in the navy cardigan that looks kimono inspired and the shirt with the covered buttons and the striped trousers and the leather slippers. Or his finale outfit, because I found the loafers so charming.
I know I repeatedly and enthusiastically violated the both the letter and the spirit of top five. I feel like you should’ve expected me to do that when you asked me a question, though.

certified perfume post <3 i dont have a pic of my collection but here is my list and thoughts. call me jeremy the way i fragrance or whatever. list under cut because its kinda long…. btw most of these were bought on discount so before you ask what i do. well i work in retail </3
louis vuitton pacific chill- this one is soo unique i kinda fell in love with it the first time i smelled it. its minty citrusy and also notes of cucumber so its soo fresh without smelling like an old lady. kind of cologne-y which is also nice because i love gender neutral scents i dont love super feminine scents
louis vuitton afternoon swim- TOP FIVE <3 this is my go to “special event” perfume its also citrusy and ginger-y and i think its technically unisex but whatever.. lasts super long i think this one is my staple fragrance ive been wearing it a while snd ill keep wearing it foreverrr. this was also the first one in my collection so thank you mum <3
byredo slow dance- this ones unique it smells weird when you first put it on but it dries down nicely. kind of smells like how those natural essential oil based perfumes from a crystal shop would smell. still nice though. i dont love most of byredos scents especially at that price but this one is cool. my only impulse purchase on this list but im not mad! its my summer-fall scent <3
diptyque philosykos- okay technically i dont own this one yet because im waiting for employee double discount to start so i can buy it then but ohh my god. i dont know what its supposed to smell like but to me it smells exactly like my grandpas backyard/garden in rural nova scotia so i do need it and i put it on as soon as i get to work. diptyque has so many unique ones eau de papier is another cool one (it just smells like rice <3)
maison margiela replica jazz club- LOVEE this one. definitely more of a cologne but i love it soo so much. this is my fall staple scent and every year for christmas my mum gets me a new bottle it is soo nice. its woody smokey and kinda boozy. amazing.
jo malone ginger biscuit- smells exactly like a gingersnap but surprisingly gender neutral (my dad actually asked if i could get him one LMAO) very holiday/christmassy.
jo malone orange bitters- this ones so hard to explain because oranges evoke summer for me but this one is very wintery. i wear it with ginger biscuit for the ultimate winter scent… yay <3 fun fact i brought my bottle to work one time and the asset protection guy got mad at me because it kinda looked like i stole it
jo malone emerald thyme- smells like an herb garden and also a mystical forest but does Naught last </3 i still love her though
jo malone sunlit cherimoya- kinda smells like tea and fresh blososms!! probably the most feminine one on my list and i love it. honestly dont wear this one enough but i really do love it

Omg okay I would love to hear your take on what fragrance Jonathan Levy wears...
I have answered this before but I can’t for the life of me find the post 🤦♀️
Bleu de Chanel during his Mira Era. It’s an okay scent. She probably bought it for him.
And Jazz Club by Maison Margiela post-Mira.
He’s not much of a cologne wearer but he does wear it on date nights and he just smells so cozy and you don’t want to stop hugging him goodnight when he walks you to your door. And the next morning it’s melted into his neck like a vanilla-rum woody skin scent 🤤 and you kiss the back of his neck while he’s making you scrambled eggs and toast ughhhhdhdjcjdh

Hey so I know you answered this ask a while ago https://licncourt.tumblr.com/post/687758331863056384/what-perfumecologne-from-the-last-25-years-do-you about what perfume/cologne Louis & Lestat would prefer but I was wondering if you talked abt what you think the other characters like Armand or Daniel or Gabrielle would like/smell like? Lmao kind of a weird question but I love SCENTS and thinking abt what my faves would like and smell like anyway thank you love you bye
Original post here!
I LOVE fragrance so so much! My grandma was a perfumier so I grew up helping her and playing with how scent can hold so much memory and character! Scent in general is so underutilized for building an atmosphere or personality.
Okay so:
Gabrielle wears her own eau de Gabs which consists of archeology dirt, laundry detergent, and various plant juices. If she feels like actually wearing something besides her own sweat, she might steal something from Lestat (probably something he hates and never wears) and goes for it whether it suits her or not. She has turned down any offers to get her an actual cologne
-
Armand likes prestige branding almost as much as he likes the scents themselves. I think he'd be a fan of exorbitantly priced brands like Creed Boutique or Penhaligon just for the clout. As far as actual fragrance, I think he'd want something strong and seductive, something that smells like he's worth billions. He wears "trendy" scents, but he found them first. Once they go mainstream, he moves on
- Creed Boutique Pure White (only becauseit's a sweet $1,200): bergamot, lemon, grapefruit, galbanum, pear, petit grain, ambergris, rice powder, white musk
- Maison Margiela Jazz Club: pink pepper, neroli, rum, vetiver, sage, tobacco, vanilla, styrax
- Penhaligon Constantinople: vanilla, iris, pine, patchouli, moss, geranium
- Nasomatto Black Afgano: cannabis, resin, cedar, oud, coffee, tobacco, incense
-
Daniel strikes me as a Coty Stetson guy. It's cheap, it's been around since 1981 (that's how long he's been wearing it too), and it's not obnoxiously masc or detergenty. Maybe Armand tried to get him to pick something higher end but gave up when he tried to go home with Bleu de Chanel or something equally basic.
- Coty Stetson: lavender, clary sage, lemon, bergamot, vetiver, cedar, carnation, geranium, patchouli, honey, musk, tonka.
- Versace Eros (Armand makes him wear this basic-but-slightly-more-refined option to important functions): mint, green apple, lemon, tonka, ambrox, geranium, vanilla, cedar, oakmoss

This is an excellent choice if you want something versatile that works for both day and night.
5. Dior Sauvage Eau de Toilette
Dior Sauvage is popular for its clean and slightly edgy vibe. Inspired by wide-open landscapes, it opens with Calabrian bergamot, then moves into a mix of pepper and ambroxan, creating a fresh yet powerful scent profile. It’s the kind of fragrance that feels both refreshing and intense, great for men who prefer a crisp scent with a bit of bite. Sauvage works well for almost any setting, from casual to more formal occasions.
6. Maison Margiela Replica Jazz Club
Maison Margiela’s Jazz Club takes inspiration from the relaxed, smoky atmosphere of an old jazz club. With notes of rum, tobacco, and vanilla, this fragrance has a smooth, warm feel that’s perfect for cooler weather or evenings out. The woody base notes of vetiver and tonka bean add depth, making it ideal for men who like a fragrance with character. If you enjoy unique, comforting scents, this one’s a solid pick.
